You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements. 1.3 Independence: MANSORY AUTO TRADING Ltd operates independently of the Mansory car customization company in Germany. All activities on the Website relate solely to the MNSRY digital ecosystem.

2. MNSRY Token and Ecosystem Use

2.1 Utility Token Classification: The MNSRY token is a utility token, not a financial instrument, security, or investment product. It does not confer ownership, equity, debt, profit rights, dividends, or financial returns in MANSORY AUTO TRADING Ltd or any related entity. Its sole purpose is to access ecosystem benefits, such as merchandise discounts, event access, governance voting, and symbolic RWA interactions. 2.2 Staking Benefits: Users may stake MNSRY tokens in designated smart contracts on the Solana blockchain (BNB Chain integration pending) for a specified period (e.g., 6 months) to access tiered benefits (e.g., Bronze to Diamond tiers). Only staked tokens qualify for benefits, which are discretionary, non-financial, and subject to availability. Details are provided in Section 8 of the White Paper. 2.3 Tokenized RWAs: Tokenized RWAs are symbolic digital representations of branded items or collectibles, serving as engagement tools. They do not confer legal ownership, title, revenue rights, or economic claims to underlying assets, ensuring no misinterpretation as securities. 2.4 Randomized Community Benefits: Participation in randomized community benefits (e.g., merchandise giveaways) uses Chainlink’s Verifiable Random Function for fairness. These benefits are symbolic, non-financial, and do not guarantee rewards. Terms are published on the Website. 2.5 Risk Acknowledgment: Users acknowledge risks associated with crypto-assets, including market volatility, lack of liquidity, regulatory changes, and technological failures, as detailed in Section 11 of the White Paper. 5.5 No Authority Approval: The White Paper and MNSRY token have not been approved by any competent authority, reflecting their utility token status. Users bear responsibility for ensuring legal compliance in their jurisdiction.
